1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the YipYap service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
YipYap provides uptime monitoring, alerting, escalation, and incident management tools ("Service"). The Service is offered in Free, Pro, and Enterprise tiers with varying feature sets and usage limits.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; (c) access or attempt to access accounts or data belonging to others; (d) transmit malicious code or conduct security attacks against the Service.
5. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Charges are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We will not sell or share your monitoring data with third parties.
7. Availability and SLAs
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Enterprise customers may have specific SLA terms as detailed in their service agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YipYap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
